Shipping and Handling Policies
A delivery area surcharge of up to $5.75 may be included in the freight calculation for each ground package delivered to residences in certain outlying zip codes as determined by the freight carrier.
Additional delivery days may apply to some items to select zip codes and remote delivery areas.
International orders, including Canadian orders will be subject to brokerage fees and GST fees in addition to shipping; those fees will be payable to the freight carrier at time of delivery.

Next-Day - (next business day) Available in the continental USA, billed using dimensional weight, up to 80lbs. total. Although we will ATTEMPT to ship your order the same day that payment is received, we cannot guarantee it, there may be up to a 2 day handling and order processing time. Again, there is not guarantee the order will ship the same day the order is placed.
2-Day Delivery - (business days) Available in the continental USA, billed using dimensional weight, up to 80lbs. total. Standard Delivery - (most areas) Available for all orders. We will attempt to ship your order within 2 business days of receiving the order however Standard delivery items may take up to 4 business days to process and package since we assign priority to all 2-Day and Next Day orders first.
Backorder Policy
Even with our large inventory, backorders can occur. If this happens, we make every effort to notify you within 2 business days of the order if your item will not ship within 3 business days. Note: Product availability and shipping times may vary with manufacturers. All backorders are ground shipped.
